My 15kg Weight Loss Journey..dedicated Buddies Pls Join Me..lets Loose The Extra Flab

    Dear Ladies

    I was 58 KGs before i conceived my second child and after my LO's delivery i am now weighing 15KGs extra. I reduced 15KGs joining hands with buddies of this forum before 5 years after my first delivery..Thanks to IL

    I was trying to reduce weight this time and all my attempts failed for the past 2 months, probably i am not motivated and dedicated enough. I am planning for a moderate diet & work outs with a ambitious plan of loosing 0.5KGs every week or 2 KGs a month

    Any one out there to join hands with me , you are welcome. Lets stay motivated together and reduce the extra pounds!!

    Wish me Luck. I am starting my weight loss journey from tomorrow.

    Can you please suggest how to start . I also need to loose weight badly ! But tat cravings ! Very difficult to stop indulging in fav foods.

    I’m trying to lose my weight
    After baby I increased 21 kilo
    Now hard to lose my weight
    Presently I’m not do any physical activity
    Only household activities...

    Trying to maintain food items limited way..

    Have a good start

    Wow... You will succeed this time too... I too need to reduce atleast 10kg and maintain the 50kg here onwards which I always was!

    Even i wanted to loose 15 kgs very badly . I had put on a lot of weight due to stress.

    @shravs3 I have the same issue. The moment i see food i jump into it.
    Updating the foods i had, here, in this thread, will help in this regard. I will be embarrassed to write here if i have heavy food. You may plan the same thing. It has worked for me in the past

    5:00 AM Hotwater+leom+honey
    7:00 AM Tea
    10:00 AM Ragi dosa -2
    2:00 PM Very small cup rice
    2 subzis- Greens, Carrot beans+curd
    4:00 PM Tea
    6:00 PM Banana
    8:00 PM Cucumber salad

    Exercise 30 mins walk
