    Hello ladies,
    i just want to create a separate thread for Tamil must read Books. Its great we recommending the books which we enjoyed to others. Because whenever i am searching i used to get lots of english books recommendation but i am not able to get in tamil. Thats y i am posting here..

    Dear Ladies,
    please post list of books which u enjoyed in tamil.. it will be useful for others. and also next month book also there in chennai.. so i can buy the books based on your lists.

    My favorite book is
    "Ponniyin Selvan"

    Meenu Good thread by you .There are many Tamil books written by great authors like Kalki,T.Janakiraman,Akilan,s.viswanathan called as saavi,k.Rajanarayanan,chaandilyan and women writer DR.Tripurasundhari who wrote in the name as Lakshmi and the list goes on.i want to mention some books by these authors.

    Ponniyin selvan-kalki
    washingtonil Thirumanam -saavi
    Mogamul-T.Janakiraman
    many historical novels by chandilyan
    women based novels by Lakshmi
    Detective stories by Tamilvanan

    There are many more books and when you go to book fair you will get an idea of books
