    Hi,

We are planning to move in July. Our kids are 7 and 2 and we are looking for a neighbourhood that is convenient for schooling.

I understand that the town is very good as regards schools. I am here to ask about -
    1. What are the good areas to take up a rented home?
    2. Which are the neighbourhoods to be avoided?
    3. Preschool options

    Thanks in advance.

    Hi Shri,

I live in Fairfield with my 2 years old twins for last two years and love it. To answer your questions; where your husband and you would be working; If need to commute by train then live close by train station. (Parking wait time is 4 to 5 years). All neighborhoods are good in Fairfield. For Preschool options I would suggest look into YMCA child programs.

Please feel free to ask any questions.

    Thanks
    Paramjit

Thanks Paramjit. Great to know about your twins:) We could join your playgroup or start one along with you guys.

We would not need to commute a long distance to work. So we are focussing on a neighbourhood close to the children's schools. Have seen several places online, but want to know as to what is a good price for a rented apartment/house.

    Regards
    Hima
