Moving to Cincinnati, Need help finding apartments

Hi Ladies,
We will be moving to Cincinnati in 2 weeks and need help in finding a good good apartment with washer/dryer. My husband will be working in Madisonville but I have read some "not so good" reviews about this suburb.

We are moving from a smaller town and have gotten used to this slow and "no hurry" lifestyle in a calm neighborhood. Anyway, we are looking for nice little apartment, not necessarily 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom is sufficient but would need the washer/dryer in the apartment.

We've looking at apartment websites but they all seem ok. Hyde Park, Kennedy Heights, Oakley, Peasant Ridge were some of them we looked at online. We'd like to visit your recommendations when we visit in 2 weeks. I've also read good reviews about Mariemont and Madeira neighborhoods.
