Moving to Atlanta Need help with Apartment Search

wow good u also moving frm california thn u may not feel much difference rent here.. we have moved frm oregon so we felt this rent is more.. but jefferson at perimeter school is good itseems for that is the reason this apartments always full ...

here rent varies it wont same for all and here almost 80% indians are there and u can check prices in online it will vary all time it is nt constant... we came here directly and took apartment immediately so for us it is bit expensive 950 we are paying for 1BHK and if u book early when it is less u will get less price.. last week my husband frnd booked early and he got for 1BHK 835 . apartments are good..if u want any more details i will find out and let u know .

Yes Parasu booked in post.. Not yet moved in since we are waiting for our background check.. So still in hotel.. Rent is cheaper for us compared to Norristown (near philly) where we paid 1000$ for 1BHk.. The apartments are also much smaller.. Unfortunately we didn't get any 1BHk apt in Jefferson.. We also d to move there.. But I hope post is good too

Hi Amruta,

I have just called to jefferson at perimeter and they are telling that Rent is 980 for 1BHK . Is there any preschools near to this apartment within walkable distance .
