Moving out : Selling stuff

Hi,
We will be moving out of atlanta soon. There is lot of home stuff which we would like to sell off before moving.
There is large stuff from sofa set, etc to small stuff like ladder, lamps, clocks, etc

Any suggestions of selling off these stuff? is there some store, where we can sell this stuff?
craiglist is an option, but then many of the stuff, we need till the last days and then need to sell when we move out, so was looking for something more on the lines of 'kabadiwala' in india or thrift stores, especially for the small stuff.
I believe thrift stores do that with old clothes, but are there stores which buy old furniture/household stuff?
