    Hi Indu:hiya
Nice to see you here and thanks a lot for your tempting fb:biglaughAm so happy it made your tongue sooooo wet:biglaugh

Yeah the side dish is fried lemon chicken. But it got burnt a bit as i was busy in making the biryani super hit..I told my mom to saute the onions continuously but she forgot and thats how they turned into:biglaugh

Sure will post the recipe tomorow..as i was feeling sleepy now:)

Fried lemon chicken will really taste good..though am not a frequent non-veg eater i taste this only for the sake of that lemon taste :) will post the recipe for sure tomorrow..Please check it out.......

    Good day to you Indu:)

    Hi Bhuvna,

    Thanks for dropping by.

You dont need to refrigerate it.
also if you are preparing in less amount you can keep the raw chicken itself for dum.But if in large quantity better you cook it till 80% and keep on dum.Experts put them raw itself ut to avoid any last min surprises its better you cook 80% and keep it for dum.

the marination time depends on your comfort level.30 min is a must and you can even keep it marinated for 3-4 hours..the more time you marinate the more tastier:)

good luck for your biryani:thumbsup and let me know for any more questions:)
