Seriously, wasn't bhaang that we drank on mahashivratri days an alcoholic drink? I am not sure why pot / cigarettes wouldn't be allowed then maybe only during gambling at a casino on a Monday that reminds of the joke about the groom without any vices , who actually had all of them
