    MW Brownie - spare just 5 mtes!

    Marie/digestive biscuits - 25 (powder fine)

    Mix in a bowl:

    Powdered biscuits

    Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp

    Drinking chocolate powder - 2 tbsp

    Chopped walnut - 1-2 tbsp

    Powdered sugar - 2 tbsp

    Vanilla essence - 1 tsp

    Now add 200 ml of cold milk gradually, reserving just 1 tsp of milk.

    Stir without lumps.

    Sprinkle 1 tsp fruit salt on the batter & the reserved milk over it.

    Fold in thoroughly & very uniformly.

    Transfer to a greased MW glass square or rectangular bowl minimum 6” by 6”.

    MW on Hi for 5 mtes.

    Allow to rest for 5 mtes.

    Remove, cooll, mark & cut.

    The quickest brownie ever possible!!

    MW Rava Upma - with corn & milk!!

    This is an easy, tasty, delicious upma. added milk partly, to give a nice taste.
    You can add other parboiled vegetables like, carrot peas etc.

    Rava - ½ cup

    American corn (parboiled) - ½ cup

    Milk + water - 1 ½ cups

    Oil - 3 tbsp

    Mustard seeds -- ½ tsp

    Urad dhal - 1 tsp

    Green chillies & ginger minced - each 2 tsp

    Chopped onion - 2 tbsp

    Salt

    To garnish:

    Chopped coriander leaves, freshly grated coconut & sev (optional)

    In a MW bowl, take oil & add mustard seed & urad dhal.

    MW hi for 2 mtes.

    Add onions, green chillies & ginger minced along with onions.

    MW Hi for 1 mte.

    Add rava & MW medium for 3 mtes, stirring twice in between.

    Now, add milk+water corn & salt.

    Cover loosely & cook till done – 4-5 mtes, stirring atleast twice in between.

    Rest for 5 mtes & remove.

    Add 1 tsp ghee & garnish.
