Hi everyone, we are considering buying a mixer grinder in the US and the retailer in Sunnyvale (East West Store) has different brands and models. I have never bought any before so I am confused.

What do you suggest - Preethi or Butterfly? And if you have one of these what model do you have? Would appreciate your response.

He also has Pigeon, Panasonic and Premier brands. Not sure if any of them are good.

    Thanks
    Raj

    Preethi is the best..

and i'm not sure if preethi blue leaf can be used in US(voltage preference)..guess the eco-chef and chefpro alone suits for usage in US..please check with this

I use Preeti Blue Leaf 110V, and I'm not a fan of it! :-( There are lots of design flaws and leaks though the appearance is cute and takes less space. Preeti Chef Pro plus is better quality wise I guess.

I used Panasonic back in India, and its superior performance wise. Blades are so sharp that you finish grinding in very less time. I'm not sure of 110V we get in US. Though I searched for one, I couldn't find Panasonic that has warranty in US.

Which ever mixer you buy in US, please make sure it has US warranty. Else you might have trouble if you have to repair them. Perfectpeninsula.com is the authorized distributors of Preethi mixers in US.

    Thanks,
    Indu
