Hi @shravs3 here is the recipe:

Soak mixed lentils before day : i used 1/3rd cup each of Tur dal, moong dal, urad dal, masoor dal, channa dal, 15 beans lentils(store brought which contains rajma, chickpeas, whole masoor and so on), green moon dal, kala channa.

Drained all the beans and pulsed in food processor with green chillies, ginger and salt.

Mixed the chopped onion, spinach, kale and coriander to the above pulsed lentil mixer, added required salt and 2 tb spoon jeera.

shallow fried the above mixer as rectangle patties on Iron tawa.

In the mean time I heated up store brought tortiallas for outer wraps (you can use homemade rotis as well)

And prepared the spread: pulsed 1/2 cup sour cream, 2 green chilles, handful coriander leaves and pinch of salt in food processor and keep aside.

    Making Wrap:
    --------------
    - Take a tortilla and spread the sour cream mixture like a thin layer, placed the lentil pattie, wrapped and grilled in panini maker. Repeated the same process for all wraps.
    - And sliced one wrap into 3 pieces.

    Thanks
    Sravani
