Microwaved food

    Is the food cooked using microwave oven safe ?? Does it create any harmful reaction to the food and our body ??? I keep getting mixed opinions about this topic ... :spin

    Could anyone give a clear picture on this ???

    i think u r right.i recently received an email about microwave cooking which says it is not good to have MW cooked food as all the nutrients are lost.those who eat MW cooked food for a prolonged period are prone to cancer in future because of the radiations.

    i dont like to use MW...it has more side affects...
    especially when u r pregnant it emits dangerous radiations and affects baby health....
