Methi or fenugreek leaves is very healthy . Methi is my favourite among all greens. Along with it adding corn and paneer which of course is my favourite makes the recipe even tasty ! The best of all is the combination of methi ,mint and cardamom .It gives very nice aroma ! Believe me the moment I opened the cooker I loved the aroma of it ! waiting to eat this ! Ingredients Methi leaves - 1 bunch Mint - 1 /2 small bunch paneer - 1/2cup Sweet corn - 1/2 cup Basmati Rice - 1 cup Onion - 1 Turmeric - little Cloves - 2 Elaichi -3 Cinnamon - 2 sticks Butter - 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp Green chillies - 4-5 Oil Salt to taste Method Soak rice for 15 min. Fry the paneer with little oil until it turns golden brown both the sides. Take cooker pan add little oil , cinnamon,cloves, elaichi . Fry for some time and add ginger garlic paste , onion and fry well . Now add green chillies and turmeric . Mix well and add methi and mint leaves and fry for 3-5 min until raw smell is gone .Add sweet corn and mix. Now add water , rice , salt and butter . Mix well and close the lid for 2 or 3 whistles . Now open and add fried paneer and mix well. Can be served with raita !
