Meprate tablet for 15 days

    Hi
    iam married for 1.5 years and trying to conceive now. I had irregular periods earlier. consulted my gnynec. First he gave me meprate for 5 days. Then i got my periods. my blood tests also revealed normal results for thyroid. then my doctor prescribed femilon tablets for 3 cycles(3x21 days). Then i had spotting bleeding for 3 weeks after my last cycle and each time it was was only for 2 days. Now i consulted my doctor and he prescribed me meprate/duphaston tablets for 15 days. I have got meprate tablets now and planning to take it from tomorrow onwards. Can somebody tell me,Which one is better to take ?. and what exactly is the problem like

    Hi trisha86,

    Meprate and duphoston both serves the same purpose.. In order to induce beleeding when not pregnant.. Meprate is a ayurvedic version..And also cost wise Meprate is lower than duphoston.. So choice is yours..
