    Hi Friends,

    Can anyone let me know the policy here in Newyork for Maternity leave ? We are planning for our second baby and I'm wondering about how many day's of paid leave I can typically get ?

    Usually it's 6 weeks but varies from employer to employer. Best way is to ask your HR or look up at your company website.

    As mentioned by Nuss, it's 6 week (also depends on employer) after that 12 week of FMLA (which is kinda loss of pay)
