This is south indian recipe to have atleast once in a month to make the system (body) clear. 2-medium size onion 1-medium size tomato 1 small lemon size tamarind, soak and squeeze to make 2 cups pepper, jeera - 2 tbs powder garlic 10 cloves sukku 10 -15 gms powdered put gingely oil fry fenugreek (1 tbs), add garlic fry, add onion, tomato, powdered pepper,jeera,sukku and leave it in sim for atleast 1 minute. Add tamarind juice, 2tbs coriander powder and 2 tbs chilli powder with curry leaf & coriander leaf and salt. Allow to boil till the oil comes as a layer. This we can keep for 2 days, my grandma's recipe. Try it.
