I heard a lot about some garbh sanskar.What is that exactly...and where we can hear this is this work out for the healthy baby do anyone using this...

Hey Shruti & Kalpana, I am also having terrible pain in lower back and hip area. Not able to sleep properly due to this pain Are you taking any medicine for this pain? Any suggestions how to tackle this pain..

I had my first visit couple of weeks ago and have to wait couple more weeks for next visit.
Got my NT scan done. What is NB scan? My doc havent suggested me NB scan

I use some heat pads for the lower back pain.. that helps ease the pain.. not taking any meds.. if its very bad i use some spray...

Hi Manju,

I went to massage therapy and it really helped in relieving the pain. Still I get pain sometimes, but its much better now.
