    Hi ladies

    So here we all are again for this month challenge.. the miles are same(100 miles)
    and i have added one more thing as u all know, the salad/fruit day. its ok if u dont want to follow it and those who are interested plz be honest and stick to it. i know a lot of us do fast, for them my suggestion is please donot add this salad/fruit day. people like me need this:).

    So let get started ..GOOD LUCK EVERYONE:thumbsup

    MY FIRST DAY

    1st of April = 9 miles

    i went to the city walk and check my pedometer at the end of the day so for me it just 91 miles left:cheers
