Ingredients 800 gms fresh curds 120 gm mango 1/4 tsp cardamom powder 12 sachets equal sweetner Method take fresh curds, tie it in a muslin cloth and hand over a vessel for 2-3 hrs. when it is semi solid, remove and take in a bowl. add mango pieces to it, keeping some aside for decoration. blend the mixture well, and add equal sachets. sprinkle cardamom powder and deocrate with mango pieces. serve chilled.
