Ahem Mangoes aka The King of Fruits !!Who doesn’t like them? No matter it’s raw or ripe most of us like this juicy fruit. Summers are special with this. Well I do like raw as well as riped ones . No partiality Now coming to this Pudding it’s not at all heavy . At least for me .Even people who don’t like sweets can eat without any guilt. And I really missed Indian mangoes ,it would have tasted like heaven for sure ! I tried this with Mexican mangoes . May be you can try with ready-made mango purée too ! And @GeetaKashyap your raw mango coolers tempted me to try this Ingredients Mango pulp - 1/2 cup Milk - 1 1/2 cup Milkmaid/Condensed milk - 1/2 cup adjust as per the sweetness Heavy whipping cream - 2tbsp Agar agar strands - 10 - 15gms Water - 1/4 cup Method Firstly make mango purée without adding any water and keep aside. Next add the China grass strands to water and heat it until it melts completely . Now in a separate pan add milk , whipping cream and boil well. After some time add condensed milk and stir well . Now immediately add the China grass mixture to the milk and mix well . Keep it aside for 10 mins and let it cool. Now add the mango purée to the above mixture and mix well . Pour the mixture to cups or moulds and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours. Can garnish with fruits and nuts while serving .
