Recently, Bollywood got a massive jolt when a tabloid reported about a famous director’s move to ask for sexual favours from his employee. The director is feeling the heat with the company asking him to not report to work immediately after the incident went public. Now we have unearthed the disgusting details of the night that prompted this employee to get him to book. We were shocked to hear this.

A source close to the incident told Bollywoodlife exclusively, “This female employee has been a subject of his sexual advances for almost a year now and one night, she decided enough was enough. She could take it no more. That night after they had dinner, this director asks the woman to come to his place to have discussion on a project that he is working on. When she went to his house, he started making advances towards her. But she stopped him because she was on her periods. Actually, she wasn’t keen on indulging in any kind of sexual acts that day. So he forcibly pinned her to the bed and jerked off on her.” The source further added that the girl was so disgusted that she opened up to her friends about it. She feared not getting the support from anyone since people will brand her as liar.

That’s not at all. Yet another director, a partner in the company, who has been supportive of the girl, he is also under the scanner, the source reveals. Given the fact that he too had many sex escapades before, he is feeling the heat already and that’s the reason he is siding with the girl in this controversy. He has severed all his ties from the said perpetrator.

Industry is presently trying to stay away from this ruckus. But then it isn’t anything new say insiders. It happens on a regular basis. Only difference being it is out in the open now.

Looks like anyone who has failed or not made it in popular b-town results in writing a book about it. (sour grapes i say).

Soha's book launch was made extra special because of the presence of her family and friends. Seen at the event was Saif, Kareena, Sharmila, Kunal Khemu, Sophie and others. In her debut book "The Perils of Being Moderately Famous", Soha opens up about her life and how she always knew she had "impossibly large shoes to fill" with her "small feet".

"Writing a personal memoir like this was very interesting for me as I've talked about things like working in an industry like this (Bollywood), being compared to my mother or my brother, why I chose to get into films, what it's like to be me, to belong to a family of superstars, not really be in that league but not to be entirely anonymous... How people know who you are but they really know who you are because of who you are related to.
