    @satchitananda thats a delish.. back on the bandwagon, it is ok, we slip we fall, but we get up and that is what matters..

    @cheenu123 that is the spirit.. eat healthy, watch what goes into your mouth.. there is so much we discussed about pcos as my dd and a couple of other ilites suffer.. diet, healthy, a good sleep and stress free life definitely brings positive changes..hang in there..

    morning breakfast was cucumber and grapefruit juice.
    lunch - barley, amla and coriander chutney, ladiesfinger sabji, chana and cowpea usal/sundal, salads, sheera and buttermilk...

    :hello:OMG - it was accidental that I come to this spot. I thought like a gourmet but landed with your jotting announcing you are passing through physical discomfort. Sorry to note this status and trust with so many ideas that are being generated in this thread I trust you find efficacious remedy for your present malady.
    I was following what my mother taught me to follow in few words.
    HURRY CURRY AND WORRY WILL BURY. OIL CAUSES TURMOIL.
    SO AVOID or minimise THESE 4 CONSCIOUSLY.

    Today's lunch:
    2 tbsps gongura rice
    2 tbsps curd rice
    2 tbsps cabbage-carrot bhaji
    2 tbsps beans poriyal
    2 tbsps raw banana
    1/2 glass buttermilk

    Could somebody please tell me how many calories this would roughly be? Although I use the MFP app, it is hard for me to select the correct option, as there are so many different entries there.

    Hi all,

    @Shanvy and all ILs Happy Holi.
    @satchitananda lovely plate. Healthy and well controlled portion. Me too I am also entering MFP app only. It will give us roughly how much calories. that's it.

    Yesterdays my menu was:

    Morning Multigrain bread with kiri cheese + 1 handful of peanuts + 3 dates + milk tea without sugar
    Lunch : Morkozhambu + brinjal fry + rice
    Mid evening snack Milk tea with dates and biscuit (salt)
    Dinner : Puttu and kadala curry.
    Walking : 9626 steps + 1 hour Yoga
