    since nobody wanted to guess, let me reveal. It is just grated sweet potato with herbs cooked on low flame..a wonderful super food filling baked,steamed or like this .

    Juicing had stopped for some time because of some issues..back to it. And as i said, i keep sharing when i juice..

    From left to right
    Watermelon
    Carrot and ginger
    Plantain pith/vazhathandu juice
    Bermuda / arugampul grass juice
    And cucumber,lime,ginger..

    Put this way makes one suddenly realize two things. One: looking after oneself is as important as taking care of someone else and that 'someone else' in this case is my body - separate from me. Treat the body as you would treat others - dear ones, I mean!!! :p

    exactly, or else we woman are programmed to push us into the stack and and are first in last out.. never first....

    we need to condition our mind to make self as a priority. like my daughter tells me frequently when i push myself down, remember, flight instructions, the oxygen mask should first be on for your before you help even your kid.. still trying.

    i happen to see ladies, take vacation for self, leaving small kids with the husband or the parents and all.. go out for dinner leaving the kids.. i could never do that...
