    not much vegetables at home so made do with what was available.. soul comfort food..

    dhal fry, cabbage stirfry, mango and ginger pickle, salads and ofcourse buttermilk

    Thank you. I am planning to use the flower for hairwash. I have made a hair oil as well.

    Seriously wondering how to stop thinking of food when I :roflmao:am at home! :p Maybe one needs to start a thread about that. Right now I am looking pointedly at my scales and imagining the figure on it. That is keeping me from taking those steps towards the refrigerator!

    P.S. The crispy cravings got too strong. So sharpening my teeth on cucumber.

    I stopped buying those things, Anisu. I used to buy a stock for a month and put them in the freezer, so I did not have to pay for delivery charges each time. I bought them with all the groceries. My wonderful BH, very concerned that they would get bad in the freezer used to finish them up in no time. Air-fried or not, excess is also not good. So I just stopped buying them.

    keep some murmura, chana and roasted peanuts for that craving.

    roasted sunflower and pumpkin seeds available in few flavors.

    i even chew on spiced and dried ginger juliennes..

    no thali today..
    but had a couple of kids coming home.. so prepared this for them in the morning

    and lemon juice with cardomom, pepper, ginger, and basil seeds in a jaggery base..for the one who is lactose intolerant..

    Hi shanvi mam.h r u.wow wonderful plates.
    Thanks for your tips ( slow and steady ).I ve been reducing gradually.
    Bf_ ,had 2 big banana.(had coffee bfobef that)
    Mid snacks _1 apple
    Lunch_ snake gaurd kuutu, beetroot poriyal and rice
    Eve_had coffee and samosa(!)
    Dinner _ had onion oothapam and moogdhal sambar
