    after a long week of absence a thali today. a friend wanted just soul comfort food and southindian food..

    rice, cabbage+beans sabji, bittergourd roasted jn curd, pepper rasam, toor dal thogayal and salads and ofcourse curds. the only thing missing is sutta appalam which we skipped.

    same goes for rice too . you eat more salads and vegges and the rice quantity you consume is less yet hou are full

    Mooli paratha, mooli leaves veg, dal with home grown greens, cucumber raita, garlic chutney and cabbage chutney.
    Trying to get back to a healthy routine after all the roaming around and eating binges.

    lovely platter yum too satchi @satchitananda . i was thinking of you today when i was having my session with my physio. what a field day we wepuld have if were to have a session at the same time.:tonguewink:, you speaking german too. well my dutch lady asks me so many questions but she moves my spine left to right literally..
