    Midmorning: Tea
    Lunch: Corriander lemon soup with beans, carrots and capsicum; 1 slice toast with green chutney, slice of cheese, tomato and cucumber

    Inspired by your plate I too take sutta appalalam.
    I followed healthy diet and walk for 1 hr.my weight loss s very slow mam.for past 1 &1/2 month I Ve reduced just 1 kg.(Ve thyroid)
    But following your words,stay committed, consistent and control .

    that is good . i believe the fast you reduce you tend to pile it back fast. learn to eat healthy, exercise burn the extra calories. slow and steady you will get there even with stubborn health issues that throw a spanner
