This was my plate yesterday.brokenwheat bisibele bath and pomagranate. Chapathi in the night.
@Anisu no i dont add salt, honey or sugars. i just make drinking water interesting. even my husband has got used to this.

salads, paruppu thogayal( a chutney for rice and kanji we make with toor dal), thippili rasam, red amaranth baajj wiht oats and salads and ofcourse curdsand sutta appalam( a cooking papad directly on flame)

it is barley. pumpkin in curds kootu, brinjal sabji, tomato gravy/kuzhambu, salads.
no pictures today but will share the menu.. had a surprise guesr so could not take pics
corn,cucumber,carrot salads, flat beans sabji, methi sambhar, tomato chutney, varagu rice and curds

winter and holidays are one season when the candy canes, the plum cakes lure you.. let us try eating blances and enjoy them too..
