Happens Damini. Still struggling to get to the straight and narrow but don't see it happening till new year as there are more travels and visitors expected in December.

Another trick you could try is to put vegs and greens in dal along with chappati. If there are left over chappatis, you could tear them into small pieces and make like upma with vegs and groundnuts.

@Anisu this morning i got up with a spasm and then dd said i wlll take the office lunch. i told her we will do it together. i actually wanted to make yam ans sambhar. ended up making this. planning alone does not work the discipline to make it work and this mom believes in showing rather than asking them to do. the whole lunch boxes that i have been posting were small lessons for her that ahe is her priority even when 100 things need her attention.

so assume you want dd to learn. how about making it work feom there..

@damini it is ok. thw road meanders but the destinations ia what matters and it is about being heqlthy and happy

@satchi , I liked that idea. Will definitely give it a try. As i told you , I get inspired from this thread and have started making soups , Stuffed parathas in the night which makes my job easy by not worrying to make a side dish :).

I feel stuffed paratha is the best way to make my BH eat vegetables.
