Things required to prepare the palak chutney, and yes this is an oil free recipe...
I have used 2 fresh bunch of palak
2 medium size tomato and onions
    3-4 garlic cloves
    1/2 inch fresh ginger
    Small line sized tamarind
    1/2 tsp cumin seeds
    2 green chilly
    Salt as per taste

Saute all the things until palak slightly wilts, cool and grind to chutney adding salt and little water.

I recently found "Low GI Rice" at my local Patel's and am looking for information about it. Have any of you tried it? Is there a discussion about it on this thread somewhere?

We found it left us feeling hungry shortly after eating it. Like MSG does. Is this everyone's experience or are we weird?
