    Sounds good. Should try that one. Maybe I can do the same with all millets and keep it as a powder in the freezer for instant dosas.

    i have given these instant dosa and idli rava recipes somewhere should be in the pdf @Indhradhanu sweetly compiled.

    i find soaked ground and added to
    urad batter removes even the tinge of bitter and residual feeling in the tongue satchi. especially ragi.

    ground you can make idlies too..

    I usually dry roast and keep the below things in powder form ( for 15-20days)
    Sprouted ragi
    Bajra
    Jowar
    Red rice
    Oats and flaxseeds
    Green moong
    Black chickpeas

    Evening: Coffee and 2 airfried aloo tikkis

    Late evening: 1 elakki and 1 orange

    Dinner: Metkut rice with ghee, cauliflower-capsicum veg and mushroom soup
