    This was an elaborate south indian meals i had prepared for guests at home....
    Thought it fits the healthy tag and hence posting it....
    The plate consists of
    1.Sprouted black chickpeas and corn salad.
    2. Carrot pachadi.
    3. Rava kesari
    4. Cabbage and methi leaf sabzi
    5. Spicy alu sabzi
    6. Brinjal sambhar with fresh ground masala.
    7. Tomato ginger rasam
    8. Rice

    the boxes— horsegram/kollu rasam rice, carrot+capsicum sabji,bittergourd stir fry, cucumbers,tapioca/kappa steamed and nuts(raisins,pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds and almonds)

    mine would be the same sans the nuts .
    i woule be having buck wheat instead of rice.

    Nice to see some activity here. Shall start peeping in with my plates very soon. Am no longer writing my daily routine in the MFP. Somehow it stopped when I was travelling and then I did not start off again. Walking routine is also suffering because of evening classes.

    Still managing to keep weight static, though I still need to lose a lot more. Am now happy to take my time. No rush. Let it go at its own pace.
