    Hi peeps, so sorry not been regular here for a while. Been a busy week and a busier weekend. Been volunteering for an event taking place here in Bangalore. Got away early today, so got some time to come and post.

    Food has been at the venue. Lot of walking on the site. Will get back to my regular diet on Monday.
