Yesterday's dinner Chapathi, vegetable Kurma and morkuzhambu
Every time I cook chana , I think of aquafaba. I end up using it in chole as I cook chana with salt.
The Chocolate mousse looks sooo good. Maybe next time, take a risk by cooking chana without salt and try the mousse.
I feel the salt is needed for aquafaba. My first thing would be a mayo so a litlte salt is fine
Maybe each of us can give it a try with the own twist and note dkwn the results..
I visited at 600th celebratory touchdown and now the thread is already at 617.
I shall catch as catch can and copy down recipes and tips from the thread furtively.
Today have a dinner invitation so wanted lunch to be light.

Hi all, nice to see some yummy food pics. I am bulk posting some meals from last week.
Cabbage sabzi, palak raita, sprouted channa gravy (trying to include more greens in meals)
Chapathi, methi Dal, cauliflower and curd of course as usual.
Last night's dinner was baked tofu, stir fried mushrooms and baby corn, greens and cherry tomato. I know we've discussed effects of soy in the past, we don't do this too often so should be fine.
Today's lunch is v similar to previous lunch meals.... And I've already posted too many pics.. so I'll stop there. But this thread is a real inspiration to cook healthy meals.
Just the kind of stuff that I love to eat writera. Healthy bhi, taste bhi aur light bhi.
