    After my initial beta-testing post, over a month ago, I'm finally here with something to share. : ) I'm a calorie counter so including macronutrient breakdowns. Hope that's okay.

    Monday Dinner: Sowa aloo bhujia (pan-roasted dill and potatoes), tomato dal, shredded red cabbage and carrot koshimbir, and roti (Cals: 552, Carbs: 87 grams, Protein: 19 grams)

    Tuesday Dinner: oven-roasted asparagus spears and Brussels Sprouts (sprinkling of Parmesan cheese), Israeli couscous salad, and tomato+red-pepper soup (Cals: 452, Carbs: 65 grams, Protein: 13 grams)

    @Shanvy Haven't forgotten the aquafaba experiment! Just located some good low-sodium canned chickpeas. Will share something soon.

    Wow @Gauri03 drool inducing. Just back from dining outside and it was a disaster for me. I ordered aam panna and it ended up too sweet for my palate. Why do restaurants mess up traditonal stuff.

    Do try with aquafaba. I thought maybe i will make some but again the effort and the pains not justified as i have a empty nest.. no takers..so take your time.
