    Rums,

I remember reading abt parupusili base which we can make and freeze it and use it to whatever vegetable we like, in our chitvish forum. Try to navigate it. This will save time.I did it earlier once.

I used to make wheat dosa,Moong dosa, vegetable mix dosa, oats dosa etc...

Using stir fried vegetables soups is another idea to reduced calories.

Cooking all vegetables with one spoon oil

Rather than idli podi use chilli chutney/pudina chutney etc

    Chilli chutney Recipe

    Chilli 2-3(According to taste)

    Tomato-1

    Onion - 1(big)

    Salt-According to taste

Two methods are there to make

You can just grind and use

You can saute them in one spoon oil for sometime grind them and use

Its tasty but less caloried than coconut chutney. In Sivas blog you can find chutney recipe also.

    Hi dear,

Tried a new dosa recipe this saturday,so thought of sharing it here.It is a mix of so many dosa recipes listed in IL.

    OMCW dosa

    Oats

    Corn powder

    Wheat powder

    Moong daal

Put moong daal and oats in water for half an hour.Grind it well and mix it with corn and wheat powder.Pour in non sticky pan in dosas shape and enjoy. This dosa tastes good.

    Curry

In one spoon oil saute onion, then add ginger and green chilly and saute well.Crush green chilli well.Either add pressure cooked or boiled potato/add potato with this pour water, add turmeric powder, salt and boil.Make it semi solid.

This dosa tastes great with this curry.

    Potato garam Masala dosa

    Needed

    Wheat powder

1 Big Boiled potato (One potato will be enough for 2 people in diet)

    Garam masala(Accordingly)

    Chilli powder(If needed)

Grind boiled potatos well. Then mix it well with wheat powder and water.Add garam masala and chilli powder.Mix well

Put in non sticky pan in Dosa shape(thick) and wait for sometime(It will take sometime since potatos are added in this. This may break if u rush.So give it more time than dosa).

Have it with any chutney tastes great wthout chutney also.:cheers
