@pihu123 wish u get preg asap... all the best to you...
Well said prerna, apart from being a nice dr hes a nice person.
Time spent with him is always memorable, always enlightening.
we do call dr uppal for his advice on child rearing and other related issues.
He’s open to all discussions.
Thats very nice of him .
You too stay in touch with him , nice person with a lot of experience.
He can be of help anytime in life .
You never know .
Very well said.
i ll do that certainly.
By the way
i have named my son “kevit “
You can call him bothways, like in mod tone as well as in the authentic indian accent.
Did you like the name ?
We have named him “ kevit”
Because it looks modern and can be spoken in the indian way too .
I hope lord krishna blesses him.
And i seek your blessings and wishes too dhanya .
And thanks for the discussions on names
It was interesting.
Hi aisha dhanya prerna
Read about you all here at this forum.
Your stories are inspiring.
I am guneet, from east delhi. I tried one iui recently from a famous fertility center in delhi .
I was given siphene , followed by triggers for egg release.
Cusco speculum was used and canula insertion was easy; there was no backflow no bleeding.
And was given microgest 200 mg daily for 15 days as support but all these efforts couldn’t fetch me my desired result.
When i was asked about the reason , one junior dr was sent to me with a response that seemed pretty expected; she said probably your amh was low .
Anyways then i was advised micronised dhea 1 tds for two months for low amh issue
I rechecked my amh value it was still the same infact two decimal point down.
This was disheartening
Now thats my story in short, this brings me here.
I read alot about success in low amh cases here so want some assistance from you all.
Plz guide me .
Thats just the iui procedure you mentioned, were other factors taken into consideration like the status of your uterus , ovaries, tubes, major hormones like fsh , lh .
Your age, any previous pregnancies etc.
That ll help me to comment.
Very cool name , sounds like kevin, but its way more cool than just kevin .
Kevin is too prevalent it’s not so unique and apart from that there’s nothing indian in kevin.
Kevit is so soo awesome .
Hi dhanya thanks for replying;
I am 32 with no history of pregnancy ever .
Married life 3 years, ttc since then only .
Few early ultrasounds showed multiple tiny follicles, so pcod blood work was also done .
It was I suppose at early stage , so I followed strict diet , although didn’t recheck it .
I weigh 55 kg , bp mostly normal, menses almost normal, no other major ailment.
Once got tb pcr checked that came out negative.
One more thing which is important to mention is that , once a prolactin report was high so took cabergolin for two months.
I think it might have had some impact as well.
I have used duphaston as well
My reports also read ovulation induction three times
Even after ovulation induction, in one cycle there was no dominant follicle formation.
So couple of medications i have used .
I fear of side effects of all these medications.
I have been ttc for 3 years , age 31. Came across this forum while searching for low amh. I have low amh and am taking medicines for thyroid. Is any one benefitted from suntex clinic who reside outside Delhi? even though they parcel medicines, want to know how effective it would be for people outside delhi. since I m from chennai , its hard to visit the clinic directly.
As many of you in this forum, I have spent lots of nights crying, longing for pregnancy. I get no support from my in laws too. I used to cry each month when my period arrives. Infertility causes other problems in my family , even my smallest mistake appears big because of this.
So please reply here , if any one got succeeded from this clinic for low amh or any other fertility issues even if you stay outside delhi.
I see most of you are from delhi and you have visited the clinic directly and get succeeded. Please help by replying me if any of you or your friends stay outside delhi and still succeeded.
Hmm long struggle,
Lots n lots of medications do have an impact both positive as well as negative.
Keep rechecking prolactin as its an unstable hormone , it shows spikes on emotional disturbances as well .
And you should have rechecked the ultrasounds on a regular basis , once you have a tendency of pcos , there are chances of that pattern returning sooner or later .
And you haven’t mentioned anything about the status of your tubes as well ..
