I don't need to go for my investigations now.

I AM PREGNANT

Couldn't believe my eyes; was just a couple of days late in my menses and my husband just casually asked me to try the urine pregnancy kit, before planning for so many tests and scans.
And by gods grace his intuitions turned out to be true.

I still csn not believe what's happening to me.
I was expecting it to happen but not so soon. Dr uppal has asked me to go for a beta hcg blood report to confirm. That i am going to get it done as soon as possible.
All this looks as if i am living a dream.

All that I wanted, and the way i wanted.
I am getting it.
Sounds no less than a miracle.
I ll go for my beta hcg report and will get back to you soon.

Thanks alot dear.
Yes it is dream come true.
Now it's confirmed; just received my beta hcg report.
Its 2735 corresponding to five weeks since Lmp.
So comfortably within range.

Frankly speaking I seriously could not believe whats was happening to me in the last few days.
Next i ll go for my repeat beta hcg .
As soon as it touches 6500 i ll go for my sonography to look for the gestational sac. Now i have started feeling excited, earlier i was in a state of shock.

Dear there aren't any special tips,
In my case i just adhered to the dietary and lifestyle instructions given by
dr uppal.
One more thing,
I always tried hard to keep a check on my emotions.
Yoga, meditation helps and above all
What clicked was the thought that sooner or later it's gonna happen so dont worry much.
Relax and just stop thinking about this issue so seriously.

I always try keeping my mind calm.
Although it's easier said than done
But you can try this too.
