    Also walk moderately. But not feel good.
    Need to get out from lazy thinking..

    Alyssum, Your diet seems too less in protein and veggies. You might want to increase it to be able to lose weight and feel content. Also cutting down all kinds of sugar would make a big difference.

    Hi,
    I have lot of wishes and dreams in my life. Still Im fighting myself. But I I didn't get any result .. I am believe myself. I can....nowadays going like 30 mins cycle no sweets, limited meals and tiffen. Soon, I'm becoming healthy.

    HI Noah, what you said is correct.. I'm trying to engage myself like try new receipe, take care of my kid, cooking, watching TV like that eventhough im in stress becoz of fat and negative response in environment.. Trying to make myself as positive . Try to get out of unnecessary thinking and make a way for my life.
