    Hi alyssum. I am in the same situation. I am 97 now . As I m working I don't have time to do exercise. I have to reduce only by food control and daily house hold activities. After csection I cant control weight. 19 months to my lo now. Still have stress.. Mood swing.. Tiredness...struggling between job and baby and household work.no ntime to think of me...even can't maintain my skin tone

    List out the routine life style work.

    Handling baby is happy, sometimes tired....

    Don’t stress yourself
    It’s tough to balance work and family
    But need to manage...

    First step,
    Update everyday food items
    Then we control our food carving gradually

    Have a fresh start

    We reduce our weight this year
    Happy happy
