    This year I want to achieve my weight reduction goal.

    I’m tempt to eat lot of food items
    I lost my food control
    Addict to junk food
    I need to come out from these...

    Nowadays I’m not fit to my clothes
    I’m altering my clothes day by day
    I hate this way.
    First I need to fit my clothes

    I am also like that. And also being Punjabi I like to eat paratha oily spicy and fried food. Also sweets I love to have after meal. I reached 83 after my second pregnancy. Came down to 70 and now again on 75. Thinking of starting yoga from tomorrow but don't know kids will let me sleep with peace and will I be able to get up early. Still thinking positively towards this. Let's hope for the best. :)
