    Again Alyssum have a good start!

    I just recalled my past years weight loss

    22/1/2013 – 87
    16/2/2013 – 82.5
    12/3/2013 – 80
    22/5/2014 - 78
    26/5/2014 - 78 kilo

    2017 April 94 kilo:yikes::yikes:



    After that, I’m not concentrate my weight maintenance. (BIG MISTAKE)

    Presently, my weight is 102kg.
    I’m unbelievable....
    I crossed the 100kilo:fearscream::smash2:

    Now my baby 8 month completed...
    Last week onwards I controlling my foods and physical activity :)

    Present weight 102 kilo
    Nov30th I want to become 100 kilo

    I want to reduce 47 kilo

    I would like to maintain 55 kilo

    Let’s see
    How I’m going to achieve my goal in my life?

    Lunch vegetable broken wheat Upma + curry+pondu rasam one tumbler

    Snack oats

    Green tea or tea

    Dinner roti 1 +boiled grains + vegetables

    Milk if necessary....
