    Hi,

    I am trying to lose weight.
    I tried many more times I failed...
    Again, I want to start my journey for weight loss.

    Current weight - 94 kilo
    Target weight -65 kilo

    First goal - reduce 2 kilo

    Good Luck on your journey.
    First cut off excess oil but take required for health , ghee,butter. it helps alot.

    Hey alyssum.. You could first try drinking warm jeera water with honey and lemon empty stomach in the morning.. This will naturally help you loose excess water weight.. You can loose upto 4-5 kgs in 10 days.. Then you can start on proper diet and exercise..

    Many people have given you tips here. My 2 cents -

    Every time you think you are hungry - remind yourself - you are not hungry actually but you are bored.
    Our bodies work in a funny way. The boredom is sent out as a signal for food. So tell your tummy and brain that its not hunger, its boredom. Drink a glass of water to calm those false hunger pangs. Stick to the time :

    Morning Breakfast
    Afternoon Lunch and Night Dinner

    Anything in between is what is the culprit. If you have to eat in between meals - prefer a fruit.
    It may be hard but remember your goal of 65 Kilos.
    Keep telling yourself - this time I am not going to fail.
    Get rid of all junk food from home. If you have to keep them for your H or kids, make sure you stay away from them.
    As I said its hard in the beginning but you will soon get used to not eating junk. Good luck.

    try to include puffed rice & poha in your diet. It helps.

    Hi all,

    Im blessed with baby.
    I had c-sec ( March 5)
    I gain weight 94 kilo

    Now, I need to lose but I'm not able to do any activity.
    Now a day, my food and ghee items are increasing...
    My parents suggesting eat lot of food (quantity is increasing)
    Because feeding...

    I want to eat
    Vegtables
    Fruits
    Milk 3 glasses
    Rice limit
    Idly
    Porridge
    Dosa
    Poha
    Sevai
    Soup
    Fresh juice
    Buttermilk
    Coconut water

    Like this way

    Now eating

    Horlicks with milk
    Rusk with milk
    Idly or dosa
    Rice with garlic rasam or Kuzhambu
    Fruits banana, sapotta, pomegranate
    Having ghee every day 5 to 6 spoons
    Milk - 3 glasses because of tablets
    Idly or dosa

    Now a days having these types of food.

    Kindly suggest me food items for me
    Maintain my health and weight .

    HI Congratulations for your motherhood.
    My kind advice is now dont concentrate in weight reduction.
    Eat Healthy food & Food that supports breast milk production like garlic,.. (you can google for it).
    If you give more breast milk and longer period like for 1 year , your body will produce more milk , and that metabolism itself automatically reduces your body weight.
