Episode 82:

Sandhya: Girls!!! Happy news!!! Ram has got two job offers! Good packages too : )

Lekha: Convey my wishes dear : )

Rathna: Wow!!! Awesome Sandhya!!! So now he got to choose huh ; )

Sandhya: Yeah…

Rathna: He is intelligent : P not like you na

Sandhya: He he he! Yes! Same.... even during college days! Lol.

Rathna: Convey my wishes : ) And both of you should treat us when we come there!

Sandhya: lol. Done.


Rathna kept her phone beside her and said “Seems! Ram has got two job offers at a time.”

“Oh Great!!” – Khaveer smiled as he sat beside her.

“Hey! Its time. We will call your mom?” – Rathna opened the laptop.

“Oh yes! I forgot.” – Khaveer


“Hi aunty….” – Rathna smiled

“Hello dear…how are you?” – Khaveer’s mom was wrapped up in a sweater and a shawl on that.

“Am fine aunty! So visited places there?” – Rathna smiled

“Yeah…Yeah….Even this weekend we are planning” – Khaveer’s mom smiled

“My dear mother! Am your son. Do you remember?!!” – Khaveer kept his face too near to the camera.

“I see” – His mom smiled.

“Mom will you believe that now a days am cooking often?” – Khaveer

“Good!!! Whats wrong if men cooks?!! Keep it up” – His mom said and Khaveer smirked.

“Its getting too cold here. I don’t think I will be here for 3 months and all. Planning to come early. I am getting head ache often.” – Khaveer’s mom

“Oh!! Take care aunty! If you are not fine, come early then” – Rathna

Soon they were done with their call and Rathna enjoyed talking with Khaveer’s mom.



“Fine. Now will talk to my mom.” – Rathna said and called her mom.

“Hellooooo” – Rathna said in a loud voice.

“Hello Mrs.Khaveer…..” - Rathna’s mom smiled and winked.

“You don’t talk to me. You won’t call me if I didn’t call you. Are you too busy even to call me?!!! You don’t love me at all.! I wont talk to you here after” – Rathna kept saying in a loud voice and Khaveer sat beside her with both his palm on his ears.

“Hey hey!! Don’t shout!!! My poor son-in-law” – Rathna’s mom

Rathna turned and looked at him. He has already kept a sad face with his hands on ears.

“Am not shouting!!! Only you are shouting” – Rathna said to her mom.

“Oh God!!! Its really tough to tackle this girl” – Rathna’s mom smiled as she kept her palm on her head.

“My dear Son-in-law! How do you manage with this girl?!!! You didn’t teach her good manners at all. See how she is talking....” – Rathna’s mom laughed saying that.

“What to do aunty!!! My fate….” – Khaveer said keeping a dull face and Rathna’s mom smiled to tease her daughter.

“Fate huh?!!! As if my mom got me married to you. It’s you who chose me….Remember?” – Rathna started and the others laughed together seeing Rathna.

Rathna loved everything. She had wonderful friends, lovable husband, friendly mother in law and lovely mom. She smiled as she thought of her life with Khaveer.

“Rathna!!! Can you prepare juice for me?” – Khaveer

“Sure my dear” – Rathna went into the kitchen and started cutting the fruits.

“You know what…I have test from next week” - Rathna

“Good. Prepare. Liking the language na?” – Khaveer

“Yeah..kind of” – Rathna


Rathna: Missing Jaanvi……

Lekha: Hmmm…..

Sandhya: I really don’t understand. Whats the harm in sharing her sorrow with us. Wont we convince her…wont we be soothing….

Rathna: Even am thinking the same. Why does she behave like this? It’s more than a month.

Lekha: She will be back girls. Don’t worry. Loneliness is not always bad.

Rathna: When will we four meet…….

Lekha: Don’t know…..

Sandhya: How long since we met…..



Lekha was getting ready. She wore a black embroidery kurthi and a yellow leggings. She was feeling refreshing after a long run that morning. Her face was fresh and she felt healthy.

She packed her lunch and soon she reached office. Bala saw her in the parking lot and walked away as if he didn’t see her. She liked that. She felt accomplished.

“So! I can’t tackle all my problems by myself?” “Am that big girl..?” “Not just daddy’s girl?” – She smiled as she walked to her cabin.

The day was going perfect and Lekha liked the day. She was feeling happy for no reason. She took her mobile and typed “I love you : )” and sent to Amar.

Time was 5 and Lekha started from office and in another 20 minutes she reached home. She refreshed and sat on the sofa with the TV remote on hand.

She heard her calling bell and looked through the peep hole.

She couldn’t believe her eyes.

It was Amar.

Wasn't well yesterday dear! So didnt write or post! Kind of ok today! So wrote and posted.

Couldn't write yesterday as I was not well.
And yeah the business trips wont be full day in all cases! Few hours of important meetings will do at times na. And if we get weekend in the middle, I think we can enjoy!
