Loosing consistency in dieting

    Yesterday and today I became very bad

    Had coffee in the morning skipped breakfast,had egg biriyani for lunch etc.But in moderate quantity.Also at night had only soup.I think from tomorrow I will be back to form again.:drowning.Checked my weight today it is still in 70-71 kg

    I would also like to join u in this thread......

    I started my weight loss last month with joinin gym...when i joined gym i was 83kgs....now today morning i was 80.5 kgs.....

    During gym days i was following my diet and excersise strictly......but now i m leaving for india on 14th so i left the gym.....as my daughter (3yrs) wl not be going to play school anymore till her kg1 school gets started....

    Now i m not going to gym anymore i m not able to follow my diet strictly....before going to india i want to be atlesat 78kgs.....

    i need inspiration/competition for diet and exercise...

    My periods started yesterday so no exercise for 2 days....
    my today's diet till afternoon is

    8.00 tea and britania suji toast(2)

    11.30 brown bread sadwitch made with homemade pudina chutney and cucumber and tomatos and little olive oil
    and 1 brown bread and 1 egg omlet
    1.00 pm 1/4 chapati with ghee(leftover by daughter)

    in the eve i wl have 4.00 tea and 2 marie bis(my weakpoint....i need to have something with the tea)

    8.00 pm boiled white peas bhel(with onions and tomatos)

    Hi PARDNYA,

    I suggest its better to stop taking ghee since you are not doing any workout.Beleive me once you reduce tea intake you can see reduction in weight.Do 1/2 an hr brisk walking daily.Stay relaxed and enjoy weightloss.All the best

    8.00 : 4 idlies with coconut chutney
    11.00 : veg sandwich with cup of Tea
    2.00 : 2 diet chapatis, with sabji
    4.00 : a cup of Green Tea and 1/2 apple
    7.30 : 2 diet chapatis;

    Exercise : 45min of walk

    11:00 milk + 2 bread slices
    1:30 rice + veggies
    4:00 1 apple
    8:30 2 chapathis + veggies
    10:30 fruit

    also did half an hour walking. Today its raining out. Lets see how it goes.
