Loosing consistency in dieting

    Hi Lakshmi,

    I am following my diet from morning and walked for 30 min in the morning. I suggest you to post the diet plan for t'row today oly, instead of updating the next day(i.e., if we post the next days food take today oly, we will follow the same and we will have an idea what to have).

    This will help me to plan mine too:thumbsup. 1 more advantage is i can learn the recipe and i can also follow the same. Is this ok with u?

    Hi Alpa,

    Horsegram is nothing but a sort of thin dal and in tamil it is called "Kollu" and in telugu it is "ulavalu". I dont know it in Hindi :(

    I will try with the kids recipes and hope my kids like.. bocz my elder one is 7yr and very choosy in eating. daily i will be breaking my head to pack his lunch box, my seeing him the younger little rascal(3yrs) becoming like the younger one

    I will defnetly have a look at the thngs u mentioned

    Hi Sukanya,

    I started the day with honey+lemon+hot water followed with workouts

    Had oats+curd as breakfast

    Had tea with sugar(Will definitely avoid it soon)

    Lunch(Half cup rice+ boiled cabbage and carrot)

    Had 1/4glass of milk and munched cornflakes

    Dinner will be mostly cabbage soup+ oats dosa(1) followed by 1 fruit at 9

    Hey Ladies,

    I would like to join this gang as well !! I am looking forward to loose 20 Lbs (I know !!) ..But even i loose 2 lbs I would be in cloud nine...

    Tomorrow's diet
    Drink 2 cups of water.
    work out in elliptical for 45 minutes
    1)bournvita
    2)Oats with walnuts and cranberries.
    3)Lunch - lots of veggies and some rice or roti
    4)Bournvita
    5)Fruit salad

    Make sure to drink 8 cups of water...I installed a software in my machine which reminds me to drink water every 30 minutes !!

    I am drinkning bournvita because I recently quit coffee and tea :(

    Wish me good luck ladies to stay with the plan...I am planning to take baby steps first !!

    Even we are taking baby step first.Have bournvita one time and replace the other with green tea.I think that will be good.Even I am trying to get rid of this coffee habbit which I cannot.All the best

    Hi Frnz..

    I am here to update my diet..

    6.30 : warm water with honey and lemon
    7.30 : 4 idlies with ground chutney
    9.30 : 30 min of walk
    11.30 : A cup of tea
    1.30 : Lemon rice
    4.30 : sandwich stuffed with cabbage, and a cup of green tea
    5.00 : 30 min of walk
    7.30 : 2 oats dosa with pudina chutney

    This is my update for today.
