Loosing consistency in dieting

    Hi SHSK,

    I think your tea intake is more.Is this normal tea with sugar or black tea w/o sugar?

    In that case give a try to green tea dear.It will surely help you a lot in reduction

    hi..even count me in..i want to lose 5-6 kgs..and actually i want to maintain my diet so that there won't be a problem in future..we would post our weights after 15 days..
    so for now..i weigh 52 kgs and i am 22 yrs old..

    hi friends...me too,
    im 68kg.hav to reduce 8kg.

    about my health opinion is/day

    13 vitamins and 11 minerals so
    3-4 servings of fruits,
    4-5 servings of veggies, and cereals,pulses,egg(non-veg),greens,and some more.i may missed.
    so we have to try to take all the food but with the correct quantity, not less or more.

    i will go for walk and do abs crunches.will post my diet.

    Hi Frnz count me too..

    I wanted to loose around 8-10 kgs. Earlier With a bit of control on my food habits and 30 min of walking i was able to loose 10 kgs. and i was 60kgs. But recently i went to my mom's place for more than a month and i ate like a pig:bonk. and now i am 69kgs.

    Hope i could follow the diet plan


    6.30 : warm water with honey + lemon
    7.45 : Green Tea
    8.00 : 30 min walk in the house or some rounds of surya namaskar
    9.00 : 4 Idlies/2 dosa/a small bowl upma (Usually i take 6 idlies or 3 dosas :hide:)
    11.30 : a sandwich with a cup of tea
    2.30 : a cup of rice,dal or sabzi (wanted to add some soup plz give me the recipes)
    4.30 : 30 min of walk in the park
    5.30 : a cup of Green tea
    7.30 : 2 roti with sabzi.

    Please help me if i have to change anything

    Your diet seems to be ok for me.Lets start with this.Coz our motive is to loose weight permanently by eating moderately and doing workout.All the best.Challenge starts this Monday :)

    Mine

    Bought raggi,oats,rava etc...
    Started basic workouts
    Routine change(Sleep at 10:30 woke up at 6)
