Loosing consistency in dieting

    Hi dear friends,

    I need a weightloss partner who will help me to maintain my consistency in dieting.While joining longer threads it is not possible to get some buddy who inspires us continously. So interested people please join this thread.This challange is for 8 weeks starting next Monday.Have a good time.

    Hi Sukanya,

    Even My aim is 10kgs.So same pinch.I am planning to follow eat properly + good amount of workout diet.

    Diet as follows

    Coffee/tea/hot water+lemon in the morn

    Workout for 30 mins(This can be in the evening also)

    Bf - 2-3 idly/dosa/oats/poha

    Fruits at 11am

    Lunch at 1pm 1 bowl rice+veg/chappathi+veg

    Fruits at 4pm

    Dinner at 7pm 1 chappathi + veg +Soup

    9:30 pm 1 fruit

    Sleep at 10:30pm to 6am

    Workouts planned ab crunches - 10 mins,Orbitrek or elliptical -20 mins as of now.Starting workout slightly from tomorrow(starting with 10 mins then will increase it).

    Please let me know if you find anything missing in this plan.

    Hi Friends,

    I have shared diet and excercise routine.Start 10 mins workout from tomorrow.So that step by step we can reach half an hour on Monday.First week workout will be for half an hour,second week we can increase it for 5-10 mins like that.Please weigh yourself on Sunday and make a note of it.If possible please share it here.Please share if you have any different opinion.

    I am ok with your diet. But 1 thing is i dont like soup, so give me some alternative or share your soup recipe. And for next 1 week i dont have time to exercise in home. i ll do half an hour brisk walk morning and evening is this fine.

    Hi !

    I lose consistency till evening. From morning I am eating balanced meals and exercising, but when evenings approackh I am a pig
    I am 70 kgs and need to lose 10 kgs.
    Please help.
