Loose 1 Kg A Day With Secret Diet And Exercise

    For this process Diet and Exercise both mandatory.

    Start Break fast with a Superb drink

    Ingredients
    1 Full cucumber (chopped)
    1 Full apple (Chopped)
    1 cup mint leaves
    half lemon Juice
    ginger small piece

    Grind chopped cucumber , chopped apple , mint leaves , ginger into juice - once it is done add the lemon juice.

    For taste you can add black Salt or honey as per your preference.

    Lunch

    2 Chapathis
    Any gravy with low calories or salaad.


    Evening

    Repeat the same drink you had for breakfast

    Dinner

    1 Glass Milk


    Note : You can have almonds / little quantity of fruits if you still feel hunger


    Exercises


    1 . Jogging
    2 . Skipping

    Rest of the regime if you have any continue the same. 30-45 mins of Exercise per day is must.

    Really? Is it healthy to reduce 1kg per day? Generally doctors suggest to reduce 0.5 to 1kg per week for a healthy life style.

    Anyways your post is interesting.

    Just curious to know, do you know anyone who followed this diet and reduced their weight?

    slow and steady wins the race. It takes time to put on weight, so is the case with losing weight as well.
    you might loose only the water weight following this diet. its not healthy to loose 1kg in a day.
    the quicker you loose weight without any strength training the more flabby we get. its always advisable to follow health diet and exercise (cardio + strength). I have lost 8 kgs in the past 6 months following above rules.

    Best of luck for those who are on weight loss journey.

    BTW I started at 79, now down to 71kgs.
