Looking to improve my conversational Tamil skills

Hi friends,

I live in San Francisco and I'm looking to refresh my spoken Tamil skills. I am a second generation Indian born to Tamil parents and understand Tamil almost perfectly but have low proficiency at speaking Tamil fluently. I'm looking for a Tamil teacher/conversation partner to help me improve my Tamil skills by speaking conversational Tamil with me for one to two hours a week. Someone with teaching experience is preferred, but not essential. I expect that you will be able to speak with me in Tamil, correct my grammar, and teach me new words. You must be able to travel to San Francisco and I will pay you around $15/hour.
