=> Toilet bathroom separate and shared or attached?
=> Can we use Washing Machine, Fridge, TV, Microwave and other kitchen appliances of the house?
=> Does the house has centralized heating or cooling?
=> Does the house has car park?
=> Are the supermarket like Coles, Woolworth or Aldi or Iga at a walk-able distance?
=> How far is CBD from your residence?
=> Is there any possibilities for the monthly rent negotiation?

Hi,

Due to some pending works we wont be moving on 8th May, rather we are moving on 5th Jun to Melbourne. Our ticket is booked and confirmed. So, if any Indian family visiting on the same day may get in touch with us if you wish to share the accommodation.
